The fees below include registration, uniforms, practice facilities, instruction, equipment, fields, umpires, local tournaments, and much more. We offer two options for payment:

  • You may choose to pay the total registration fee up front
  • You may opt for SportsEngine to charge your preferred payment method in over installments: $400 registration fee is due at the time of registration, followed by 3 equal payments due over the next few months

If you would like to inquire about financial assistance, please fill out this form prior to registering for the season.

*15U fees are less as they generally play fewer league games and tournaments
**Special team expenditures or out-of-state tournaments such as Cooperstown are not included in the cost and will be handled at the team level.

15U/High School Players

If you have a player entering high school, please see the attached document for information regarding 15U and high school baseball. If you have any questions about tryouts for 15U, contact ERHS varsity coach Brian Sprout or ERAA Director Dave Hieb

OPTIONAL: FALL WORKOUT SESSIONS
If your player is registering for ages 9U - 12U, we encourage them to participate in our fall workout sessions.  In 2024, these optional training sessions will be held Sundays and Wednesdays, August 18, 21, 25, and 28. The cost is $25. When registration opens, you’ll be able to register here.

15U/9th Grade Registration

Though not all youth baseball associations form 15U teams, ERAA does offer team formation for 15U players at all levels (15AAA, 15AA and 14/15A). This is a shortened summer season as players who play for ERHS Baseball are not able to start playing for ERAA until the high school season has ended (around the end of May). Though shortened, 15U ERAA teams will still get a robust summer season of baseball, including practices, league games and tournaments.

ERAA and ERHS Baseball encourage 15U players to register for our program in July/August and try out in September prior to their 9th grade year, and play for ERAA the following summer. 15U players who do not play for ERAA can be considered for ERHS Legion Baseball (high school summer league). However, this should be an exception and approved by Coach Sprout ahead of team formation in the spring. Keep in mind that there is only one ERHS legion baseball team for grades 9-12 and players need to be high performing in order to compete with older players. It is discouraged to play both ERAA and ERHS Legion Baseball at the same time.

All players currently in 9th grade intending to play ERHS Baseball in the spring of 2024 should have attended the parent/player information meeting held in September 2023. If you are new to ERHS, and would like to learn more about playing for ERAA or ERHS, please contact Coach Sprout below.

For questions in the meantime, email Dave Hieb (ERAA) or Coach Sprout (ERHS Baseball).
