ERAA JO provides a traveling experience for athlete’s ages 8-14 years old.
Junior Olympic (JO) focuses on advancing an athlete’s skill level through training taught by educated coaches and the participation in diversely skilled competitions.
Promote the importance of teamwork, dedication, discipline, communication, healthy work ethic, friendships, respect, service, responsibilities and FUN!
Prepare athletes for participation on high school teams
12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2007
11 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2008
10 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2009 (This may consist of (7) 8-10 year olds)
For 10U & 11U $550.00 for the JO Season
We are offering 4-5 tournament events. We do our best at keeping our tournaments within a 1 hour drive however, sometimes we must go further.
There could be 1 or 2 tournaments held in Duluth, Rochester, or Wisconsin.
10s and 11s may be entered into the Northern Lights Youth Development League! Designed for their age group! And within a 38 minute drive!
Practices 2x week plus 1 skills night.
(10s and 11s may vary with practice times and dates)
(No make up practices for holiday weekends, snowstorms, etc.)
For 12U, 13U, 14U, there will be 9-10 tournaments. $950.00
We do our best at keeping our tournaments within a 1 hour drive. There could be several tournaments held in Duluth, Rochester, Wisconsin and or Chicago. Your team might be enrolled in Northern Lights Power League and those dates would be part of your tournament events/ and or additional.
*Parents need to come to the parent night meeting to meet their coach and bring a list of dates that their child would NOT be able to participate on to give to their coach so their coaches can plan the season accordingly. **Please list whether or not you are interested in an elite opportunity. WE WILL TRY TO DO OUR BEST AT MAKING OUR SCHEDULES WORK FOR EVERYONE BUT WE CANNOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEES.
Possible 2 day events that will be offered to our teams.
Our JO Volleyball Club teams will have practices 2x a week plus 1 skills night.
WE WELCOME MULTI SPORT ATHLETES- If you are involved in another sport please bring a list of conflicts you would have so your coach could attempt to work around these schedules as much as possible. We cannot always but it will help if we have the list. We encourage athletes to participate in other sports. Please ensure that the time between Volleyball and your other sport are split fairly between the two. Try your best to be at LARGE tournaments for volleyball. Communicate OPENLY with your coach about your other sport.
WHAT THIS CLUB WILL NOT TOLERATE- We do not tolerate the negative talk- belittling, berating, criticizing- of any ATHLETE, PARENT or COACH done by any parent, athlete or coach. If you are caught talking negatively about another athlete, parent or coach you will be removed from our program and NO refund will be given.
We will not tolerate any bullying of any kind including social media.

When you join and accept your spot on a team you are agreeing and accepting to all of the above.
Please share your interest in being on a high level team that would travel out of state (extra fees may apply for traveling throughout the season.)
Our East Ridge JO club has registered JVA and for elite teams we will register dual.
