MISSION AND PURPOSE

Mission: Our mission is to provide a community-based soccer program for athletes within the East Ridge High School boundary and the surrounding Woodbury communities by offering recreational and competitive soccer opportunities. Our program emphasizes a culture of teamwork and skill development, preparing players for progression to high school soccer.

Purpose: The purpose of ERAA Soccer is to foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes physical, mental, and social development. By providing access to quality coaching, resources, and competition, ERAA Soccer aims to develop athletes who embody sportsmanship, leadership, and community pride both on and off the field.

• Board (Officer) Leadership Positions: Soccer Director, Assistant Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Player Experience, Secretary, Treasurer
• Key Program Roles: Director of Coaching, Competitive Director, Rec Director
• Support Roles: Player Development Chair, Facilities Coordinator, Marketing and Communications Chair, Apparel Coordinator, coaches and more!
   
• These roles offer a chance to contribute to our shared vision, whether through guiding program development, working hands-on with players, supporting logistics, or simply bringing positive energy to our community.

Our next board meeting for soccer TBD

Coming back home as PDT Finalists! Congrats to our 07 Girls NPL team on an amazing weekend. The team went 3-0 in bracket play and scored 9 goals this weekend. Although they lost a tough battle in the final to El Paso Select team from Texas, the team has a lot to be proud of and to grow on!
