Parents who choose to withdraw the registration for their child, prior to the time their child is placed on a team, regardless of reason, will be issued a full refund minus a $20 processing fee (late fees are non-refundable).
Parents who withdraw their child after practices have begun, and before September 1st, will be issued a 50% refund minus a $20 processing fee (late fees are non-refundable). Parents who withdraw their child after September 1st, will NOT be issued a refund.
Extenuating circumstances, as deemed appropriate by the Director of Football and the ERAAF Board of Directors, may warrant a partial refund minus a $20 processing fee (late fees are non-refundable).
No refunds will be allowed until the ERAAF Equipment Coordinator has receieved all equipment back. All refunds will require approximately 2-3 weeks to process.
For many reasons, we felt it was necessary to make the team formation process as "blind" as possible to our coaches, parents, and communities. This allows for equal and fair teams. It also removes any chance for someone to make allegations of "team stacking."
After much discussion with our ERAAF Board, our official policy is as follows: "Carpools are only approved on a case-by-case basis through the ERAAF Director of Football and the Evaluation Coordinator, and only after 'Player Evaluation Night.' "
