Raptor Speed & Strength Summer Programs

The Raptor Speed & Strength Program is a dynamic training opportunity available to ERHS athletes.  The program will also be extended to middle school athletes entering 7th and 8th grade.  The seven week program will consist of 21 sessions beginning on June 11th and ending on August 2nd.  All training will take place at ERHS using the indoor and outdoor facilities.

The Raptor Speed & Strength Program will be offered to all students who want to take their athletic performance to the next level.  The goal for the program is to make every athlete faster and stronger with specific emphasis on injury prevention.  Every training session will consist of weightlifting, running, plyometrics and Olympic lifts.  The program is designed to enhance overall muscular strength, agility, quickness, flexibility, functional mobility and core strength.

Grades 11-12 Boys (7:00 – 9:00 AM)

Grades 9-12 Girls (8:30 – 10:00 AM)

Grades 9-10 Boys (10:00 – 11:30 AM)

Grades 7-8 Boys and Girls (11:30 – 1:00 PM)
